Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. During holiday periods and promotions, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery Times
Canada & United States: 3 to 5 business days after processing.
International: 5 to 10 business days after processing.
Shipping Rates
Canada & United States: flat $10, free on orders over $100.
International: flat $25, free on orders over $200.
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers including DHL, UPS, FedEx and Canada Post. If an international parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to our hub, the order will be cancelled and refunded once received.
Returns
Because our products are skincare formulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at hello@lalumea.com and we will make it right.
